Microgreens are miniature versions of some of your favorite herbs, vegetables and flowers... but are packed with condensed nutrients in their small but mighty form. They can add visual, flavor and texture flair to almost any meal. Read below about the varieties we grow and their respective facts:

Broccoli

  • Mild, fresh broccoli flavor.
     
  • Nutritional powerhouse! Contains sulforaphane which has been studied for its anti-cancer and heart health benefits.
     
  • Add it to sandwiches, wraps, top salads or in smoothies.

Peas

Radish (Purple)

We regularly offer industry-relevant training programs and workshops. Our certified instructors have many years of experience in their specialist area and enjoy sharing their expert knowledge with their students.

Plants Starts & Cuttings

We sow unique and heirloom seeds all year for rotational cropping, so we're bound to always have something growing. We also propagate several of our hardy perennials. Current seasonal offerings include:

  • Herbs (sage, thyme, mint, oregano, dill)
  • Flowers (borage, chamomile, calendula, cosmos)
  • Fruit (blackberry, raspberry varieties, strawberry)
  • Warm or cold weather annual vegetable varieties (as seasonally available or started to order)

Flowers

Potted, cut stem, and edible varieties! Yes, many flowers are in fact edible. Regardless of variety, they are guaranteed to elevate your patio, table or food dish. We also offer flowers grown to order for special occasions. Varieties include, but not limited to:

  • Potted & Cut Stem (gladiolus, sunflower, cosmos, columbine, baby's-breath, marigolds, poppy, lavender)
  • Edible (nasturtium, viola, pansy, snapdragon, borage, herb flowers)

Microgreens

Known to be more nutrient dense than even the mature vegetables that they produce! We always have crops of microgreens sprouting but also grow them to order. Varieties include, but not limited to:

  • Brassica (kale, broccoli, mustard, cabbage, arugula)
  • Herbs (cilantro, basil, dill, leek)
  • Vegetables (beets, carrots, peas, radish)
  • Flower (nasturtium, sunflower)

Herbs

Whether seasonally fresh cut or available year-round as dried, we have herbs readily available for your next meal or cocktail. We grow unique and interesting flavor varieties as well as your favorites. Current seasonal offerings include:

  • Sage
  • Thyme (Common & Lemon Thyme)
  • Basil (Italian, Thai, Purple, Cinnamon, Tulsi, Lemon Basil)
  • Oregano
  • Dill
  • Rosemary
  • Chives
  • Parsley
  • Autumn Crocus (Saffron)
  • Mint (Spearmint & Chocolate Mint)
  • Catnip

Dried Seasoning Blends

We have a collection of dried ingredients ranging from individually dried herbs to perfectly portioned recipe mixes to cocktail rimming salts & sugars. Our offerings include:

  • Powders (Garlic, Green Onion, Chili)
  • Seasoned Salts (Celery, Cilantro, Garlic Scape, Italian, Saugatuck Seafood, Thanksgiving Blend)
  • Sugars (Lavender, Chocolate Mint, Spearmint, Lemon Thyme)

Produce

Seasonally available, it does not get any fresher than produce picked at peak ripeness from our market garden.
