Varieties We Grow
Microgreens are miniature versions of some of your favorite herbs, vegetables and flowers... but are packed with condensed nutrients in their small but mighty form. They can add visual, flavor and textural flair to almost any meal. We can grow any variety to order for you, on a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Read below about the varieties we offer and their respective facts:

Broccoli
- Mild, fresh broccoli flavor.
- Nutritional powerhouse! Contains sulforaphane which has been studied for its anti-cancer and heart health benefits.
- Add it to sandwiches, wraps, top salads or in smoothies.

Basic or Spicy Salad Mix
- Basic Salad includes kale, kohlrabi, broccoli, red cabbage & arugula.
- Spicy Salad includes 2x arugula, mustard, broccoli, kale, kohlrabi & cabbage.
- Both are a perfect addition to salads, sandwiches or wraps.

Peas
- Fresh pea flavor.
- High in vitamin C, folate, and complete source of vegetable protein.
- Make pea shoot pesto! Use in pastas, risotto, omelettes and more!

Radish (Purple)
- Crunchy, mild spice flavor.
- Excellent source of vitamin C.
- Great pop of color and crunch to salads, soups, sushi, and rice bowls.

Sunflower
- Nutty, crunchy and savory flavor.
- Packed with protein – about 6 grams per ¼ cup!
- High in healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins A, B, C, E, K, zinc, magnesium and more!
- Add to salads or in stir-fry.

Rainbow Swiss Chard
- Taste is mildly earthy and fresh.
- High in vitamin A, C, and phytonutrients (powerful antioxidants)!
- Sprinkle into any salads, sandwiches, wraps, pastas or smoothies. Add a vibrant & nutritional garnish to avocado toast!

Red Cabbage
- Mild and buttery cabbage flavor.
- Nutritional powerhouse! Contains anti-cancer properties and assists the immune system. May help decrease inflammation.
- Use in salads, sandwiches, or smoothies. Add to any dish for daily health benefits!

Beets
- Mild but Earthy beet flavor.
- Packs a huge nutritional punch; rich in antioxidants and high in Vitamin K, A & C.
- Reap all the benefits of beets without the hassle of cleaning or cooking.
- Add into smoothies, salads or garnish dips & hummus.

Cilantro
- Small leaves, bright & citrusy cilantro flavor!
- Contains more beta carotene than large leaves, which helps support the body’s ability to clear toxins & free radicals.
- Add this delicious, elegant option to Mexican dishes.

Basil
- Tiny, soft basil with strong flavor.
- Rich in vitamin K and contains anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal & anti-bacterial properties.
- Use in place of regular, larger basil in pastas, soups, or on BLTs. Also can be used for pesto!

Dill
- Taste is sweet & savory, lemony, with mild dill flavor.
- Packed with essential vitamins & minerals, including zinc, iron, potassium, and amino acids.
- Delicious addition to grilled seafood dishes, summer pasta & potato salads.

Parsley
- Strong, aromatic herb flavor.
- High in essential vitamins & antioxidants!
- Garnish to creamy & brothy soups, summer pasta, eggs & more!

Leeks
- From the allium family, sweet onion taste. Slender and crunchy stem. Black seed pods are edible or can be rinsed off.
- Bountiful in B Vitamins, Vitamin C and Iron.
- Adds a delightful onion flavor to use in any sandwich or wrap. Great addition to egg salad or soup.

Wasabi Mustard
- Bold, spicy mustard flavor. Soft leaves with slight crunchiness. More mustard that wasabi in flavor.
- Powerhouse of essential vitamins and mineral nutrients.
- Excellent fresh sprinkled in salads, added into stir-fry dishes or wrapped in a spring roll.

Nasturtium
- Strong, spicy & peppery flavor, similar to horseradish or wasabi. Crisp and juicy texture.
- Rich in Vitamins A, C & K plus minerals like iron & potassium.
- Provides a visual flair and spicy punch as a garnish to sandwiches, salads, meats or soups.
